We didn’t realize we needed a “wedding coordinator”...thought we had it all under control. My daughter-in-law is so organized and detailed. Suddenly, I realized she wasn’t enjoying planning her wedding...it had become a job. I wanted her to look back on this time with warm and wonderful memories. I called Katina at Eclectic Events & Design. Her fabulous service and creative ideas were a gift to our daughter-in-law. It was like a weight had been lifted and we all started to smile & have fun. From the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding, to the reception…Eclectic Events & Design was the answer for us! Just wish we had had a professional like Katina from the very start.

It wasn’t until that Saturday night in September at the Breeding Farm that I finally realized I wasn’t the only one who new how to throw a great party. Music, dancing, and floral decorations, not to mention the delicious
hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks. Katina took care of every detail and allowed me to enjoy the evening with my guests; something I rarely get to do. Her professionalism and attentive staff were two key ingredients for a great evening. We are looking forward to our next Eclectic Events party!

I always imagined planning my wedding would be a fun, exciting, enjoyable time in my life. Now, don’t get me wrong, it was. But what I didn’t count on was also adding the words stressful, time consuming and hectic to that list. Even being (what I believe to be) an organized person, I had no idea how much help I still needed. Having Katina and staff at Eclectic Events help to plan our wedding quickly became one of the best decisions we made. On our wedding day, I had multiple comments on how relaxed and calm I seemed. And the truth is I really was! I didn’t have a single concern about anything, other than enjoying my day, because I knew everything else was taken care of. From assistance in picking vendors, to organizing schedules, meetings, and decorations, to even fixing an unexpected torn bustle, Katina was perfection. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more stress free, flawless, memorable wedding day…and I know I owe that to Eclectic Events.

With a year to plan a rehearsal dinner, I felt I had all the time I needed to put together a wonderful evening. Indeed I did. However what I found was I did NOT have the knowledge or resources to put all the important pieces together.
I agreed to meet with Katina Kaisher of Eclectic Events & Design, LLC. (I honestly didn’t think I needed ‘a coordinator’, I am organized and a bit creative and can work within a budget…or so I thought).
My first impression of Katina was ‘Wow, what an energetic, organized, creative and intelligent young woman…but I am sure I cannot afford her.’
Then I told Katina of my ideas for the rehearsal dinner. We viewed venues I had considered. Katina’s first great idea was a venue I had never considered. The venue was perfect for our event, and the price point kept me well within my budget. After hiring Katina, I found every step of the way was easy. She gave me many suggestions WITH prices, and like choosing from a menu, I picked what worked for us. I can honestly say we SAVED money by using Katina and Eclectic Events & Design, LLC.
Our country western rehearsal dinner was not only a beautiful event; it was fun with great food. The ambiance that Katina provided through decorations and flowers topped the evening. And again, all well within our budget.
The BEST part about having Katina was, when the day of the event came, all we did was show up and have fun. EVERY detail was taken care of.
